Data controller and contact

AURUM CAPITAL operates AURUM. Send access, correction, deletion, consent-withdrawal or privacy complaints to rishi.grinds@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Information we process

We process email, account identity, journal entries, authorized MT5 account and trade data, subscription identifiers, renewal consent, billing status and limited operational/security logs. Stripe processes payment instruments; AURUM does not store full card numbers, CVCs or UPI PINs. Do not submit passwords or payment credentials in journal notes.

Purpose and choices

We use data to authenticate accounts, deliver Journal features, synchronize authorized trading data, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse and send essential account/billing messages. Promotional emails require a separate optional opt-in, never a condition of trial access. Withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe without losing service access.

Service providers

Stripe processes billing; Supabase provides authentication and service data; Vercel hosts the web application. Where configured, Notion holds contact and consent records and our email provider delivers messages. Providers may process data outside your country. We share only information required for the service, security or legal obligations; we do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while needed for your account, security, billing and applicable legal obligations. Request account and journal deletion through support. Legally required transaction records may remain; deleted data may persist temporarily in provider backups. Locally cached connector history resides on your device and must also be removed there.

Security and rights

Access controls and provider safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data and raise concerns with the competent authority where applicable. The service is intended for adults, not children.
