Who we are
AURUM is operated by AURUM CAPITAL. Contact rishi.grinds@gmail.com for billing, cancellation, complaints or business-address information. These terms apply to Journal services; course purchases retain their separately disclosed inclusions.
Trial and annual renewal
Eligible customers receive one 14-day Journal trial after verifying their email and authorizing a supported payment method in Stripe. The trial does not include mentorship or courses. Unless canceled before the displayed trial deadline, the annual subscription is charged at INR 9,999 or USD 125 in the chosen currency, then renews every year. Checkout displays the exact payment date and any applicable tax. Your consent is required; a reminder is not a substitute for cancellation.
Cancellation and refunds
Use Manage or cancel subscription at aurumbyrm.com/trial. Cancel before the trial deadline to avoid the first annual charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains available until the current authorized access period ends. Contact support if you cannot access cancellation. Payments already collected are not automatically refunded on cancellation. Request refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors or service problems through support; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Payment authorization
Stripe handles payment details and any recurring mandate. A saved UPI address or manual QR transfer alone does not authorize auto-debit. Banks may require additional authentication or decline a charge. Access may pause after unsuccessful billing. We do not receive card numbers or security codes.
Responsible use
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and use only trading accounts you are authorized to access. Do not share accounts, abuse trials, upload unlawful content or attempt to compromise the service. Keep credentials secure. Violations may result in suspension; contact support to dispute an action.
Trading risk and availability
AURUM offers educational and analytical tools, not investment advice, brokerage or guaranteed returns. Trading can cause losses. MT5 feeds depend on the terminal, connectivity and provider permissions; data may be delayed or unavailable. Verify information against your broker before relying on it. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Changes and disputes
Material pricing changes apply prospectively with notice before renewal; the price confirmed at checkout governs the current period. Contact support first to resolve concerns. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable law prevail over these terms.
